It's hard to believe that we launched our first website way back in 1996, before the term SEO was ever coined, and a full two years before Google officially launched. Reflecting back across a decade and a half of work in this industry, I understand how much online commerce has evolved during this time, and how consistently eGumball has been at the forefront of this evolution.

The search engine giant has launched a number of services to satisfy its users' growing tendency to use Google to find local businesses. From the business owner's point of view, the most crucial of these has been Google My Business(formerly known as Google Places for Business), the only online business directory with listings which are fully integrated not only into Google's organic search results, but also into Google Maps and Google+.
